Job Purpos
The candidate will be part of the cell engineering team, focusing on generating stable cell lines for use as tools or in production. This role is set in a fast-paced work environment, offering significant opportunities for learning and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generation of stable cell lines for the production of membrane-bound receptors and soluble secreted proteins
• Characterization of cell lines using flow cytometry, RT-PCR, and western blotting Experiment design, planning, conducting, analyzing, and result communication
Documentation of data and inventory maintenance
Adherence to environment, health, and safety (EHS) requirements for workplace and lab safety
Educational Qualification:
• M.Sc/M.Tech in Biotechnology or Biochemistry

Technical/Functional Skills:
Experience with stable cell line generation (desirable)
• Familiarity with reporter cell line generation
Proficiency in molecular biology techniques and flow cytometry
Competency in cell bank preparation and inventory maintenance
Excellent attention to detail, diligent documentation, and effective communication skills
Experience:
• 0-2 years post qualification
Behavioral Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
• Focus on results and deliverables
