NEET Exam Pattern & Syllabus 2025

The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) is an all India entrance examination conducted once a year for admission to MBBS. The NEET Undergraduate (UG) is the only entrance exam for admission to all the medical institutes spread across the country including All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) and Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER) according to NMC Act, 2019. The All India Pre-Medical Test (AIPMT) was replaced by National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (UG), popularly known as (NEET-UG) from 2012 onwards. NEET is a competitive entrance exam conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) until 2018 for admission to MBBS and BDS courses.
