- Fee for SC, ST, BC, EWS, PH & Ex-servicemen of Telangana State: Nil
- Fee for Unemployed applicants in the age group of 18 to 46 years of Telangana State: Nil
- Applicants belonging to other states are not exempted from payment of Fee.

Qualification
- Candidates should possess DMLT/MLT/BMLT/Diploma/B.Sc/P.G.Diploma/M.Sc (Relevant Discipline)
- Certificate in Laboratory Technician Course.
- Must be registered with Telangana State Medical Council.
