Responsibilities:

Assist in the analysis of NGS data, including DNA-seq, RNA-seq, and targeted sequencing.
• Support the development and implementation of bioinformatics pipelines for variant calling, expression analysis, and data visualizations.
• Collaborate with scientists to interpret genomic data, providing insights relevant to clinical applications and research studies.
• Maintain and troubleshoot Linux-based systems and bioinformatics applications.

Engage in problem-solving tasks, such as optimizing data processing workflows and addressing analytical challenges.

Requirements:

• Master’s in bioinformatics.

Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Linux and familiar with NGS techniques and terminology, such as sequencing platforms (Illumina, PacBio), alignment tools (BWA, Bowtie), and variant analysis (GATK, ANNOVAR).

Comfortable with Python or at least willing to learn; experience with bioinformatics
