CTET Exam Pattern 2024
The CBSE conducts the Central Teachers Eligibility Test (CTET), a national-level exam that evaluates the eligibility of candidates to teach classes 1 to 5 and classes 6 to 8. CTET 2024 conducts two sessions for Paper 1 and Paper 2, each consisting of a total of 150 multiple-choice questions (MCQs). Paper 1 consists of questions from CDP, Language-I, Language-II, Mathematics and Environmental Studies. However, CTET Paper 2 comprises questions from CDP, Language-I, Language-II, Mathematics and Science or Social Studies/Social Sciences.
CTET Exam Pattern for Paper 1
The CTET Exam Pattern Paper 1 consists of five sections that candidates must attempt. These sections are Child Development and Pedagogy, Language I, Language II, Mathematics, and Environmental Science. Each section comprises 30 questions, with each question carrying 1 mark.
